Privacy Policy

Draft — last updated October 2026

Who we are

This policy covers the Ways to Europe property catalog at portal.waystoeurope.com (“the Service”), operated by Ways to Europe (“we”, “us”). [Legal entity name, registration number and registered address to be added here.]

Information you give us

When you request access, you provide: your email address, phone number, company name, and company website.

If you subscribe for full access, Stripe collects your payment card details directly — we never see or store your card number.

Information collected automatically

We use a small number of cookies needed to run the Service: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember your language preference. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. If you save listings while browsing, that selection is stored against your account so it's there next time you sign in.

How we use this information

  • To review and approve access requests
  • To operate your account and remember your saved listings and preferences
  • To process subscription payments and manage billing
  • To send account-related emails: verification codes, approval notice, password reset links

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use the following processors to run the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
  • Resend — sending account-related emails
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our forms
  • Vercel — hosting and file storage (photos)
  • Neon — database hosting
  • Mapbox / OpenStreetMap — displaying the map (no personal data is sent to them)

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us (below) and we'll process the request. [Exact retention periods to be confirmed.]

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing us at the address below. [A statement on applicable data-protection law — e.g. GDPR — and your rights under it should be added here after legal review.]

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
